Stellar Care’s residential programs operate to offer qualified candidates house placements that fit their wants and needs with supportive and accepting families. We also accept applications for individuals looking to get involved as a residential partner.
Apartment Program
Stellar Care and Services LLC is a local privately owned agency that is dedicated to providing quality support services to individuals with developmental disabilities across the State of Colorado. We strive to provide high quality community-based services that support individual independence. We are proud to be a part of the growth and development for all involved.
Our residential programs are proud to offer qualified candidates house placements that fit their wants and needs with supportive and accepting families. Our Apartment Program assesses individuals’ needs and capabilities to match them with homes that are suitable for them. Our placements allow persons with developmental disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes with additional support that they may need with things such as medical appointments, grocery shopping, cleaning and help with working toward their goals.
Family Caregiver
Program
Our Family Caregiver Program is designed to provide you with the resources you need to support your family member and loved one within the comfort of your own home. These services compensate you through the Medicaid Waiver and allow you to give your loved one the care and attention they need and the support you deserve.
Residential Placement
Our placement programs are never dictated by the needs of our team but by the needs of each and every individual client. We offer many rounds of meet and greets with potential homes and residences with our clients.
By ensuring that our clients feel comfortable, nurtured, and safe in their homes, we can help eliminate the need to change residences, help our clients thrive in their homes, and allow each individual to forge relationships and habits that feel comfortable to them, at their own speed.
By taking each day at a time, they learn practical and applicable tools in their residence that carry throughout all aspects of their lives.
